Principal Investor
Sándor Kenyeres
Sándor is a Hungarian born international businessman and scientific philanthropist. He started his career in 1978, investing and developing real estate across Europe. Among his projects are several award-winning hotels, the largest shopping centre of Budapest and a mixed portfolio of premium retail and residential units. Since 2021 Sándor has acquired various residential units in prime locations of Dubai with the aim to renovate these to European design and technical standards.
Design and Development
Jade Gane
Jade is an experienced contractor. Before coming to Dubai, Jade managed and developed residential properties in her home county, the United Kingdom. She has keenly sort to understand each individual trade by physically doing it herself. She works closely with clients to understand their needs and has successfully completed multiple family homes. In Dubai Jade leads a multidisciplinary team, including architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors and landscape specialists. Her eye for detail and exceptional quality ensure that our projects adhere to the highest European standards.
Sales and Marketing
Matthew Cooke
Matthew is a highly experienced property professional, with a multi award winning industry career, that spans over 15 years and multiple international markets such as the UK and UAE. Matthew is now the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Luxury Residences Real Estate LLC, a boutique high-end luxury real estate company based in Dubai but operating on a global scale to service private and institutional client requirements across a wide spectrum of real estate mandates.
Finance and Control
Marnix von Bartheld
Marnix is an experienced real estate advisor with over 20 years extensive involvement in the design, development and financing of real estate projects. As a Partner of KPMG’s real estate practice in Europe, over 15 years he gained hands on experience with complex real estate financing and project management. Over the past 3 years the focus has been to acquire, reposition and operate residential projects in Dubai. Born in Amsterdam, Marnix has lived and worked in numerous countries and has done business in the UAE since 2005.
